We could not be happier with the solar provided by mygreenelectricity. For the past couple of months we have been virtually off grid and getting solar installed has been far more beneficial than we ever realised, we just wish we had got it done sooner! Dealing with mygreenelectricity was a pleasure. From first contact with them to now has been a fantastic experience. The man I spoke to on the phone originally was very good. He was extremely helpful and did not pressure me for a sale. He was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything about the process of getting solar panels. There office team organised everything and the team that came to do the installation were very professional and the work they did was very neat and tidy. They guys at mygreenelectricity have installed a solar and battery system at one of my properties. They came to the address and carried out a free quotation. They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the install. After the quotation was accepted they took care of all the notifications required and dealt with our electricity provider to notify them of the installation. They then booked in a date to do the install and organised the scaffolding to be erected for when they arrived on site. The install went smooth and the installers were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend!

I used there solar estimator tool on there website to get an idea of the cost of getting solar installed. It took less than a minute to complete, it gave me an estimate of the cost of having it installed and also showed how much it can save me on my electricity bills. It was very helpful and It gave me an understanding of how much it would benefit me. After this I received a detailed report based on my property which explained everything to me. We booked in the installation with them for a day that suited us. The guys that did the installation was very professional and they explained how the system worked in great detail. The guys turned up smart and clean, once I showed them where they needed to be they got on with the work, cleaned up were quiet I was working from home that day in the same area and they did not disturb me. They were appointed for me by a project manager I could not have asked for better, perfect gents, you could not wish for better
